Returning face coming back to Heritage Hotel

Heritage Hotel Management is delighted to announce the return of Marcus Keenan to the newly created role of group general manager – asset management, based in its corporate office in Auckland.

Marcus Keenan is well known in the industry and is a very experienced hotelier having held senior leadership roles both nationally and internationally.

In New Zealand, he has held general management positions with Fable Hotels and Resorts, Rydges Formosa and Rydges Wellington.

Marcus first worked for Heritage Hotel Management nearly 10 years ago as interim resident manager at Heritage Christchurch. Marcus then moved to Auckland to manage Heritage Auckland.

Marcus is looking forward to combining his extensive hotel experience and thorough knowledge of strata title properties to focus those skills in asset management.

“We are delighted to have someone of Marcus’s experience take up this important role for the Heritage Group,” says Heritage Hotel Management deputy managing director Ho Chai Kun.

“Marcus will be working with the executive team to ensure all Heritage hotels are providing the best possible outcomes for the stakeholders including third party investors.

“Marcus will also be involved with the growth of the group by seeking opportunities to expand our property portfolio and partnerships.”

Marcus commenced with Heritage Hotel Management on June 6 this year.
