Big Tiny, the Singapore-based company behind eco-accommodation brand Tiny Away, has been recognised under the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre’s Company of Good Recognition System.
The programme recognises organisations for contributions across people, society, governance and the environment.Since launching in 2017, Big Tiny has expanded its Tiny Away brand to operate hundreds of off-grid tiny house stays across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe.
Co-founder and chief executive Adrian Chia says the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to making sustainable travel more accessible while working with landowners and local communities.
“We’ve always believed that business should create value beyond commercial success.”
Adrian says the company will continue expanding its sustainable accommodation offering across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
