FCTG Travel Managers Group celebrates its top agents with a trip to Seoul

In a special gesture of appreciation and recognition, Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) Independent is once again shining the spotlight on its top agents and achievers.

The Travel Managers Group (TMG), an important model within FCTG Independent is relaunching the TMG High Achievers Trip, marking the first international itinerary since 2019.

This year, a select group of its top ten travel agents will embark on an unforgettable journey to Seoul, South Korea, set to depart November 20.  They will be hosted by TMG and Wendy Wu Tours over a span of four days, immersing themselves in the vibrant culture and breathtaking sights of the city that stands as the birthplace of K-pop.

TMG chief operating officer Angela Mills says  “We are thrilled to relaunch our TMG High Achievers incentive trip to an overseas destination again this year. Our members really value these opportunities to be rewarded and recognised for their achievements, and to celebrate their success with fellow colleagues while visiting a new destination makes it a very special trip.”

One of the attendees, Travel Managers, Nicoleen Snyman says “I am looking forward to the diversity of activities and the historic sites. I believe they have delicious cuisine and beautiful scenery. It will be my first trip to Korea.”

Reflecting on her achievement and the journey that led her to qualify for this unique trip, Nicoleen says “It is a lot of hard work throughout the year and getting a trip is very rewarding. I am looking forward to spending some time with fellow brokers, visiting a new destination and reaping the rewards of hard work.”

With the impact and achievement on her business and the role of TMG in her success, Nicoleen highlighted the importance of client trust and the unwavering support she receives from TMG.

“It is good for my clients to know that I received the reward, it is also thanks to my loyal clients and referrals. I also think that they have more confidence in me and don’t think I am new to the industry with little knowledge. TMG support is very good and is always just a call away in case I need assistance.”
