Sales manager appointed to All Blacks Experience

Ngāi Tahu Holdings chief executive Mike Pohio is pleased to announce the appointment of Cecil Potatau to the position of sales manager РAll Blacks Experience, in keeping with the plan to officially open this attraction later this year.

The Auckland-based All Blacks Experience is a long-awaited joint venture between New Zealand Rugby and Ngāi Tahu Tourism.

“Cecil joins us with a wealth of experience both in sales and the tourism industry, which will prove invaluable in the lead-up to the opening of the All Blacks Experience and beyond,” Mike says.

“This is one of several appointments NgƒÅi Tahu Tourism has made since its restructure earlier this year, adding new enthusiasm and energy to the expertise and knowledge of our tight-knit team.

“The upcoming launch of the All Blacks Experience is an exciting opportunity for the NgƒÅi Tahu Tourism portfolio after what has been an unquestionably challenging year.”

Cecil has most recently worked with Eden Park Trust and Southern Discoveries, building an impressive national network and in-depth understanding of international markets, both of which will be key components of his new role. He started with Ngāi Tahu Tourism on Monday, August 24.

An opening date will be advised in the coming weeks.
