Heritage Hotel Management is delighted to announce the promotion of its conference sales executive Kylie Shaw to the role of corporate sales manager, based in the Auckland corporate head office.
“Kylie has been a great addition to the conference and incentives team and its wonderful we can offer her a new opportunity in the group in this next role,” says Brigid Tarr, director of corporate sales for Heritage Hotel Management Ltd.
“It all started for me working at the stunning Heritage Queenstown, then followed a move to join Auckland to join the national conference and incentives team, so it’s fantastic to have an exciting career path as I continue my journey with the company,” says Kylie.
Previous to her roles with Heritage Hotel Management, Kylie was sales executive at Hermitage Hotel, Aoraki Mt Cook. A Canadian national, she has experience in hotels, ski resorts and tour operations in Canada, the USA and Europe as well.
She completed a Diploma in Ski Resort Operations at the Georgian College in Ontario, Canada, as well as the NZQA National Certificate in Tourism and Snowsports.
