Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) has been named one of New Zealand’s top ten 2026 Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work.
The annual Best Workplaces list is based on employee feedback gathered through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index survey. To be considered, organisations must first achieve Great Place to Work certification.
FCTG NZ has been ranked eighth in the medium and large business category.
Melanie Barnett, general manager People Experience at FCTG New Zealand, says the recognition is particularly special as it comes directly from its people.
“We’re really proud to be recognised. It’s a reflection of all the incredible people across our business and the culture they’ve helped create together.
We’ve always focused on creating a workplace where people can be themselves, enjoy what they do and grow their careers. We’re also lucky to share a passion for travel, which is a big part of what makes our culture special.
