Several New Zealand properties have been recognised at the 2026 Accor Pacific Awards, with hotels across the country earning honours for team engagement, brand delivery, and community impact.
Accor, the largest hotel operator in the Pacific, announced the winners at its annual awards celebrating exceptional performance, innovation, and service across its network of more than 400 hotels in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Among the stand-out New Zealand results was Novotel Hamilton Tainui, which received a Highly Commended in the Work of Heart category recognising strong team engagement and workplace culture.
Pullman Rotorua also secured a Highly Commended in the Iconic Brand Delivery category, highlighting innovative brand activation and guest experience.
In Auckland, three airport-area hotels were recognised for their work supporting communities and fostering inclusion. Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, Novotel Auckland Airport, and ibis budget Auckland Airport jointly won the Social Care & Impact award for their contributions to community engagement and social initiatives.
The Accor Pacific Awards celebrate excellence across ten categories, recognising achievements in areas such as guest experience, operational performance, sustainability, food and beverage innovation, and social responsibility.
While the Hotel of the Year honour went to Peppers Seaport Launceston in Tasmania, New Zealand hotels featured prominently across multiple categories.
