JetPark Hotels has launched a 100 per cent electric airport shuttle service, offering guests faster, cleaner, and more convenient transfers to and from Auckland Airport from Saturday, November 1, 2025.
The new Yellow Bus electric fleet reflects JetPark’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, innovation, and guest experience. Two Yellow Bus services will now operate, with JetPark guests enjoying a dedicated route via JetPark and Ibis Budget hotels. The new route offers closer pick-up and drop-off points at both the domestic and international terminals.
Unlike other services, JetPark continues to provide its airport transfer free of charge for all paying guests, combining convenience, environmental responsibility, and value.

JetPark Hotels director of sales and marketing Stuart Thompson says the new service delivers sustainability alongside guest convenience.
“We’re delighted to introduce a service that’s not only more sustainable but also more convenient — and still completely free for our guests,” Stuart says.
“Our commitment to people and planet means investing in solutions that reduce environmental impact while making the travel experience easier and better. The launch of our electric shuttle is another step in that journey.”
The initiative is part of JetPark’s broader sustainability programme, which includes environmentally friendly practices across its Auckland, Hamilton, and Rotorua hotels. By moving to an electric fleet, JetPark strengthens its position as a leader in responsible hospitality — providing trusted service while innovating for a lower-carbon future.
