The New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), set to open in February 2026, has announced its first live ticketed event to go on sale: Mel Robbins’ Let Them Tour.
A number one New York Times bestselling author and host of the award-winning Mel Robbins Podcast, Mel will make her debut appearance in Aotearoa New Zealand as part of her second global tour.
While several live events are scheduled to take place at NZICC prior to this, Mel Robbins’ Let Them Tour is the first to be publicly announced and made available for ticket sales.
TEG content partnerships manager New Zealand David Benge says the partnership marks a milestone for NZICC.
“TEG Aotearoa is thrilled to be announcing our first live event with NZICC at their brand-new theatre. Mel Robbins is hugely popular and we’re sure this is going to be a sell-out.
“The central location of the NZICC and larger capacity fills a much-needed gap in the market, and we look forward to delivering a diverse range of talent to the NZICC in 2026 and beyond,” says David.
Mel will take the stage on Friday, March 20, 2026, in the NZICC’s 2,852-seat theatre, the largest seated theatre in the country, delivering an inspiring and motivational experience to her first audience in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
NZICC general manager Prue Daly says welcoming Mel as the venue’s first ticketed act is an exciting milestone.
“NZICC is set to become a premier destination for both local and international events and welcoming a globally renowned guest like Mel Robbins is an exciting way to begin our journey as Auckland’s newest venue.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for Kiwis to hear from a leading global voice and experience the exceptional hospitality NZICC will have to offer,” says Prue.
