The New Zealand International Convention Centre will host Bic Runga on her Red Sunset tour on Friday, March 27, 2026.
One of Aotearoa’s most influential artists, Bic Runga returns with her latest album Red Sunset, recorded in Paris in the winter of 2025 and set for release on Friday, February 13, 2026. The performance will feature new singles from the album alongside classics from her catalogue, including “Drive”, “Sway” and “Beautiful Collision”.
NZICC general manager Prue Daly says the venue is pleased to welcome one of New Zealand’s most awarded musicians.
“We’re delighted that the NZICC is becoming the destination of choice for New Zealand musicians and who better than one of our most awarded artists, Bic Runga. Supporting local talent is incredibly important to us, and we can’t wait to host her and her fans in March next year.”
More than 110 events have so far been confirmed for 2026. NZICC says hosting a national treasure and the youngest inductee to the New Zealand Hall of Fame represents a significant moment as the venue broadens its role in Aotearoa’s live entertainment scene.
Tickets for Bic Runga’s NZICC performance will be available to the general public from 11am on Tuesday, November 25.
