Exhibitor applications have opened for MEETINGS 2026, New Zealand’s leading business events industry showcase, to be held at the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland from Tuesday, June 16 to Thursday, June 18, 2026.
The NZICC will highlight its multi-functional spaces across three days, hosting the official opening, two-day exhibition and finale celebration for the annual event.
Run by Business Events Industry Aotearoa, MEETINGS is New Zealand’s largest business events trade exhibition and a key opportunity for exhibitors to meet hosted buyers, increase brand visibility and connect face-to-face with domestic and international decision-makers.
BEIA chief executive Lisa Hopkins says hosting MEETINGS 2026 at the new NZICC represents a significant milestone for the industry.
“To secure floor space at this much-anticipated show, we are encouraging exhibitors from across New Zealand to apply early,” says Lisa. “More than 1200 people attended this year’s MEETINGS, with more than 6000 pre-scheduled appointments across a record 250 stands representing 18 regions.
“Building on that success, 2026 is shaping up to break new ground, with a larger footprint, more buyers from more countries, and in excess of 1500 attendees.
“We are excited to be partnering with Auckland Convention Bureau and the wider business events community to ensure MEETINGS 2026 is the place to grow and develop new business, as well as to nurture existing relationships for future success.”
First-time exhibitors or those returning after a five-year break can apply for limited entry-level spaces. A small number of shared-stand opportunities are also available for two organisations to share a space and appointment stream.
Earlybird rates are open for all exhibitors until Friday, December 12, 2025.
