Accor has launched a new premium travel subscription, ALL Accor+, evolving its loyalty subscription programme to unify and consolidate the company’s global model.
Accor Plus will continue to operate behind the subscription, developing, selling and managing ALL Accor+ across Asia Pacific and future markets.
Accor chief loyalty and ecommerce officer Mehdi Hemici says the programme builds on three decades of success in Asia Pacific.
“Accor’s global loyalty subscription blueprint was built on the solid foundation, innovation and legacy of Accor Plus in Asia Pacific. The region’s success for over 30 years has demonstrated the strength of the subscription model, which represents a key strategic direction for Accor. We anticipate paid subscriptions to be a pivotal trend in the future of travel, and we are well positioned to meet this demand,” Mehdi says.
Before designing the subscription, Accor Plus undertook its most extensive research to date, surveying more than 7,000 members, frequent travellers and 200 hotel stakeholders across 11 markets. The feedback helped shape new benefits, which now include two free nights, expanded dining and stay discounts, and Gold status or higher with ALL Accor, the free global loyalty programme.
The ALL Accor+ Explorer subscription includes:
Guaranteed 15 per cent off room rates at more than 4,500 Accor hotels and 30 brands worldwide
Two complimentary nights per year
Expanded dining discounts
Access to exclusive offers, immersive experiences and events
Automatic Gold or higher status with ALL Accor
The annual subscription is priced at $229 USD (approx. NZ$394), with members expected to save an average of $712 USD (approx. NZ$1,224) each year on stays and dining.
Accor says ALL Accor+ is fully integrated with the free ALL Accor loyalty programme and booking platform, enabling members to manage bookings, apply benefits, track points and status, and redeem rewards all within one app.
Benefits are available across more than 25 hotel brands in Asia Pacific, including Raffles, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, 25hours, Hyde, Mondrian, Mama Shelter, SO/, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Peppers, The Sebel, Mantra, Handwritten Collection, Novotel, Mercure, Tribe, BreakFree, ibis, ibis Styles and ibis Budget. Global discounts also apply at Emblems, Adagio and greet.
All existing Accor Plus members have been automatically upgraded to ALL Accor+.
