Hospitality sales and marketing maverick Tracy Martin has launched The Wisdom Well, a strategic consultancy.

With a career spanning over two decades across multiple countries, Tracy, who has represented industry insights in several governance and advisory committees, brings a wealth of commercial, sales, marketing and strategic experience to her new venture.
Her career history, including her role as national director of sales and marketing NZ for EVT Hotels and Resorts, and a decade with Accor Hotels in various senior leadership roles, underscores her capability to lead organisations toward achieving their commercial objectives.
Under her leadership, The Wisdom Well will offer a comprehensive suite of services, including sales, marketing, strategic planning, performance enhancement, product innovation, and distribution channel optimisation. The consultancy will also provide sales training programs and high-performance coaching for aspiring hospitality professionals, empowering them to thrive in high-demand roles.
