Since its launch in December 2024, Luminous Living continues to bring a fresh perspective to luxury accommodation in Auckland with the latest addition of High Street Lofts to its growing portfolio. In addition, the transformation of Luminous on Anzac remains on track, with the boutique penthouse property set to open its doors in April 2025.
Located in the heart of Auckland’s High Street, High Street Lofts offers a sophisticated and design-forward accommodation experience in a heritage building. The property features three spacious New-York style loft studio suites across three levels, with soaring ceilings, designer finishes, in-room laundries and full kitchens equipped with top-range appliances, catering to both short and long-term stays. A prime commercial retail space on the ground floor at 53 High Street is available for tenancy.
Guests can expect a seamless fusion of style and comfort, with premium amenities including Chopard Swiss bathroom essentials, Rivolta Carmignani Italian linens, and GHD hair dryers. With room rates from $359 per night, High Street Lofts offers modern living and personalised service synonymous with the Luminous Living brand.

Announced in December 2024, Luminous on Anzac is in its final stages of development and remains on schedule to welcome guests in April 2025.
Set within a heritage building in Auckland’s CBD, Luminous on Anzac is a boutique hotel with eight expansive two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouses, complete with fully equipped kitchens, state-of-the-art appliances, spacious living areas, and an all-inclusive curated food and beverage experience.
