Applications open to exhibit at MEETINGS 2024 in Rotorua

Exhibitor applications open this week for New Zealand’s leading business events industry showcase MEETINGS 2024 in Rotorua next June.

Run by Business Events Industry Aotearoa, the most important event on New Zealand’s business events calendar is taking place at the Rotorua Energy Events Centre on June 19-20.

BEIA chief executive Lisa Hopkins says stands at MEETINGS are in hot demand, and exhibitors are encouraged to apply early for MEETINGS 2024.

“MEETINGS 2023 saw unprecedented interest, with exhibition space sold out by Christmas. We will have increased stand capacity in 2024, but we are still expecting high demand. Our post-event survey showed $157 million was signed at MEETINGS 2023 for business scheduled over the next five years.”

MEETINGS is New Zealand’s only national tradeshow for the business events industry. The 28th annual event will host 500 buyers, with more than 220 hosted buyers coming from Australia, New Zealand and key international markets, and 250 domestic day buyers.

Applications to exhibit at MEETINGS 2024 start opening for BEIA members this week. Key dates are:

• BEIA Platinum Members:  Wednesday, October 18

• BEIA Gold Members:  Wednesday, October 25

• BEIA Silver Members:  Wednesday, November 1

New options for first-time exhibitors have been introduced for 2024, covering both first-time independent exhibitors and first-time exhibitors on regional stands. Independent first-time exhibitors can secure a presence at MEETINGS 2024 with an entry-level 2m x 2m space.

Earlybird rates have been frozen at 2023 pricing and are available until December 13, 2023.

“We are encouraging everyone interested in exhibiting at MEETINGS 2024 to apply early to take advantage of these special rates,” Lisa says.

The MEETINGS 2024 exhibitor prospectus is available online.
