Exhibitors set to launch new experiences at CINZ MEETINGS 2020

Next year’s 24th CINZ MEETINGS, run by Conventions and Incentives New Zealand is set to be a launch pad for New Zealand’s latest experiences and new venues.

CINZ events and marketing director Heather Cornish says exhibitors are gearing up for a spectacular show at MEETINGS 2020 on April 22-23 in Auckland, with bigger stands and a raft of new products and regional highlights from across the country.

“Our annual MEETINGS exhibition is New Zealand’s only national business event showcase, with more than 190 exhibitors from 18 regions, who come together on one easy-to-navigate show floor to meet with more than 550 event managers from New Zealand, Australia, Asia, China and North America.

“We have several high-profile exhibitors taking double stands for the first time, to ensure they amplify their presence at MEETINGS,” she says.

Ngāi Tahu Tourism will be featuring their new products across a double stand, including the soon-to-open All Blacks Experience in Auckland, while Waitangi Treaty Grounds will be on their own stand and promoting their new conference centre and multipurpose space, opening in February 2020.

First-time exhibitors, Minor Hotels will also have a double national stand, highlighting their new hotel in Wellington. Other first-time exhibitors include Toitoi Hawke’s Bay Arts and Events Centre on the Hawke’s Bay stand, and Delaware North at Wellington’s renamed Sky Stadium.

Online registration is now live for Hosted Buyers ready to sign up for New Zealand’s MEETINGS 2020 in Auckland next April. Exhibitors have until February 14 2020 to finalise their bookings, and Hosted Buyer applications close on February 21.
