Due to expansion, Heritage Hotel Management is delighted to announce the promotion of Jass Sidhu from central reservations team leader to the revenue and yield manager for Heritage and City Life Auckland Hotels.
Jass is responsible for overseeing the hotels’ booking productivity and joins the Heritage Hotel management sales and marketing leadership team.
“We are delighted to recognise Jass’ contribution with this promotion. This is a key new role for us,” says Garrick Loft, GM sales and marketing for Heritage Hotel Management Ltd.
“He has a strong customer service focus and a great understanding of the business from his varied roles held with us over the years.”
Jass began with Heritage Hotels in 2012 and worked his way up from guest services, to front desk receptionist, to senior central reservations agent and latterly to central reservations team leader.
“I have enjoyed working in many different areas of the business and am grateful for the opportunity to extend my leadership skills with this new challenging role,” says Jass.
Jass has a Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Business Administration and has a Certificate in Yield Management.
